Henry County Public Health is accepting applications for a registered nurse to join our team. The position will be responsible for assisting in our immunization program, providing community health education and outreach, and supporting public health programs such as newborn home visitation, lead poisoning prevention, emergency preparedness, cancer screening referrals, STI education/testing, chronic disease support, and care coordination.
Seeking a flexible, self-starter with good communications skills. Requirements include graduation from an accredited school and a current Iowa license in good standing. This position will be 37 ½ hours a week, no weekends, or holidays. Henry County offers a great benefit package, including IPERS.
