Cash-only sports physicals (grades 7-12 only) will also be available for $25.
There are immunizations required before entering Kindergarten, 7th, and 12th grades. A lead test is required for Kindergarten. Dental screenings are required before entering Kindergarten and 9th grade. A vision screening is required for Kindergarten and 3rd grade. Language translation will be available.
