Henry County Public Health now has the 2026-2027 flu and COVID vaccines to protect you against respiratory illness. These vaccines are for anyone 6 months of age and older, but we currently only have the COVID vaccine for age 12+. We also have high dose flu vaccine for those who qualify. This is also the time of year for infants, pregnant women, and older adults (if they haven’t previously) to get the RSV vaccine. Click here to view the current recommendations.

Language interpretation is available for most languages, please ask at the front desk. You do not need to be a Henry County resident to receive immunizations.
Paying for Vaccines:
Vaccines will be billed to primary insurance if possible*. Children ages 18 years or younger who are American Indian or Alaska Native, Medicaid-eligible, Uninsured, or Underinsured can receive vaccines at no charge through the VFC (Vaccine for Children) program.
Adults who are uninsured or whose insurance doesn’t pay for vaccines may receive vaccines at no charge through the Vaccines for Adults program. Click here to see which vaccines are included.
If you work with swine, dairy cattle, or poultry (including backyard chickens), you are eligible for a free flu vaccine.
*We currently cannot bill to United Healthcare insurance or TRICARE. Flu vaccines may also be purchased for $35.
