Stepping On – fall prevention workshop series starts August 18th

Stepping On is a 7-week class that is nationally recognized for helping participants learn strategies to reduce falls by increasing strength, balance, and awareness. Local experts will bring information on ways to prevent falls relating to footwear, medications, eyecare, home adaptations, and personal strength. The next class will be held on Tuesdays from 1-3pm from August 18th – September 29th. Spots are limited so call Morgan at 319-385-0779 to sign up!
