Mental health services in the state of Iowa are changing on July 1, 2025. Henry County will no longer have a local access office and mental health and substance use services will be combined into a new statewide Behavioral Health Service System. If you know someone affected by gambling, mental health, substance use or a related problem or are looking for help for yourself, call Your Life Iowa 24/7 at 855-581-8111.
